Smoked Salsa Recipe



3 tomatoes, diced
4 jalapeños, diced
½ yellow onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbs coriander 1 lime, juiced
1 tbs salt
suggested wood chips: apple


  1. Preheat smoker to 120°C and add wood chips.
  2. Dice all ingredients and combine in a disposable aluminium pan. Add salt. lime juice, and cilantro, stir salsa together.
  3. Smoke for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Chill salsa for 2 hours and enjoy!
