Ingredients

1 thick pork chops
2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarse black pepper
Suggested wood chips: Cherry

Preparation

  1. Set smoker temp to 135°C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients well.
  3. Evenly coat all sides of pork chops.
  4. Place chops in smoker and smoke for 2-3 hrs or until internal temperature has reached 65°C.
  5. Serve with charro beans, habanero salsa and flour tortillas.
