Smoked XL Pigs in a Blanket Recipe



1 package of hot dogs (8)
1 can packaged biscuit dough
Sliced cheese


  1. Separate biscuits.
  2. Spread biscuit into square slightly larger than slice of cheese.
  3. Place cheese onto dough and roll hot dog from one corner diagonally across.
  4. Place on nonstick pan in smoker on 3rd Grill + Finish wire-rack placement.
  5. Turn Grill + Finish Element on high and smoke for 12-15 minutes or until dough has browned.
  6. If using Propane, Smoke at 175°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
