White Wings Recipe

Ingredients

2 kg of raw chicken wings
Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Sauce
1 cup mayo
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp pepper
½ Tbsp salt
½ Tbsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Season raw chicken wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Place on smoker rack and smoke for 1 hour at 120°C.
  3. While the wings are smoking, make the sauce. In a saucepan, whisk in mayo, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper over medium heat. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken wings from smoker. Place in a disposable aluminium pan. Pour white sauce evenly over wings.
  5. Return wings to smoker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Remove wings and serve hot.
