Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe



3 cups shredded smoked turkey
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup dried cranberries
½ cup mayo
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup sweet relish
1 diced hard boiled egg (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste


  1. Shred turkey in a food processor or chop with knife.
  2. Mix turkey, dried cranberries, and walnuts together in a bowl.
  3. Add mayo and mix together.
  4. Mix in celery, sweet relish, and hard boiled egg.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Cover bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  7. Serve on croissants and enjoy!
