400 – 450g cocktail sausages 1 can packaged crescent rolls
Shredded mozzarella
Diced jalapeños


  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and cut into 16 triangles.
  2. To take it up a notch, place shredded cheese or diced jalapeños onto dough.
  3. Roll mini sausage up within dough and place on nonstick cooking pan.
  4. Turn Grill + Finish Element on high and place nonstick pan onto 3rd Grill + Finish wire-rack placement and smoke for 12 minutes or until dough has browned.
  5. If using Propane, Smoke at 175°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
