Smoked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

4 – 6 baking potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
Suggested wood for smoking: Hickory chips

Preparation

  1. Wash and slice potatoes into 1 cm slices. Place on foil.
  2. Lightly season with olive oil and garlic salt or substitute your favourite herbs and spices.
  3. Place foil on rack in smoker at 115°C for 45 minutes.
