Smoked Pizza Fatty Recipe



700 g ground beef 450 g bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp pizza sauce
½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup mushrooms, chopped
10-12 pepperoni slices, chopped


  1. Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder into the ground beef. Place ground beef mixture into gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and spread evenly; set aside.

  3. Cut the Ziploc bag down the centre and sides, then fold the bag away.
  4. Layer the pizza sauce, shredded cheeses, mushrooms and pickles down the centre of the ground beef "blanket".
  5. Fold the beef blanket on both sides toward the centre and seal completely. Seal the ends and make sure there are no holes or gaps.
  6. Place the beef "roll" into the centre of the bacon weave. Pull both sides of the bacon blanket to the centre and seal the beef roll inside. Seal the ends and make sure there are no holes or gaps.
  7. Place the fatty into your smoker and cook for 2 hours at 110°C. Slice and serve!
