Smoked Cobbler Recipe



3 cups fresh blackberries
1¼ cups granulated sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup half-and-half cream
½ cup melted butter
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Recommended wood chips: Apple


  1. Preheat smoker to 175°C.
  2. Grease an aluminium tray and place the blackberries on the bottom of the tray.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together sugar and flour. Add cream and melted butter and mix until combined. Pour mixture over berries.
  4. Place the pan in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour or until golden brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy with ice cream!
