Smoked Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe



2 chicken breasts
Cos lettuce hearts
1 tomato – diced
Parmesan cheese to taste
Caesar dressing
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
4 large tortillas


  1. Preheat smoker to 110°C.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Smoke chicken for about a hour and a half or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  4. In a bowl toss romaine hearts, dressing, and Parmesan cheese together.
  5. Heat tortilla on the stove in a pan.
  6. Remove tortillas from pan and lay on a flat surface.
  7. Layer salad, tomatoes and sliced chicken on tortilla.
  8. Roll up and enjoy!
