Luda’s Smoked Mushrooms Recipe



900 g of mushrooms
340 g zesty Italian dressing
¼ cup liquid aminos


  1. Mix marinade and pour into a gallon size plastic zip bag. Put in mushrooms and marinate for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature, turning the bag around to redistribute the marinade every once in a while
  2. Preheat smoker to 120°C.
  3. Place mushrooms directly onto rack or place on Fruit & Vegetable mat.
  4. Smoke mushrooms for 45 mins to 1 hour
  5. Enjoy as a side or use as an ingredient in dishes!
